The Marmot 8000 Meter Mitt is a insulated mitt for high-altitude mountaineering. The exterior is a GORE-TEX® Paclite® shell, providing 100% waterproof/breathable protection through the snow or rain on the mountain. The shell has also been lined with PrimaLoft® insulation, adding warmth to the hands. The removable interior mitt features 700 fill power goose down, which provides the bulk of the warmth from wrist to fingertip. The exterior palm is reinforced with Pittards® Armortan Leather, which provides excellent grip on your ice axes and other gear. Cinch down the gauntlet to keep snow out and tackle the climb.
