Shipping Information
We know you’re eager to get your new gear, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95
Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. - Free Shipping (EMS for orders over $50):
Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you have questions about delivery to your location, just reach out!

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Timeframe:
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition of Items:
All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Down Sleeping Bags and Blankets And Bedding are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the completed return form (use the template below).
- Ship It: Mail the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered.
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping charges apply for all exchanged items.
